A Novita é nota 10.
The experience was incredible, this innovation of a personalized package was a very good idea, starting the trip in a hotel and ending in a risort, not to mention that the chosen airline was also excellent, our agent Hendrix provided all the service in a way that there were doubts and we didn't have any problems either. We traveled to Fortaleza in April/2022 with Novita Turismo and we couldn't fail to register the service we had from Heron at the agency, he was very friendly, attentive, did several accommodation searches for us and because of my anxiety he took my doubts through the WhatsApp even outside working hours!
