★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para fazer um orçamento, expliquei o destino da viajem, quero voltar para o meu pais, ele simplesmente falou que eu tinha que comprar ida e volta, mas eu estou voltando para o meu pais de origem, não tem essa de ida e volta porque eu não vou voltar, e segundo, falou que tinha voo daqui para lá, mas de lá para o destino final que ainda é em Portugal falou que não tinha voo, e eu sei que tem, senti uma grande má vontade em ser atendido, querendo forçar coisas onde elas não existem, lamento ter que dar essa nota, mas dei por causa do atendimento. O setor de viagens por causa da pandemia foi muito afetado, e ai vejo essa má vontade em atender, é lamentável, enfim boa sorte.

The travel sector was very affected because of the pandemic, and then I see this unwillingness to meet, it is regrettable, good luck.
