Péssimo é muito bom ainda pra eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço rápido e preciso. Extraordinariamente fui atendido em um dia de feriado pelo gerente que tinha ido à Empresa apenas para fazer uma checagem e mesmo assim entregou minha encomenda que demorou um dia do destino até minhas mãos.
No Geral, observei que as entregas são rápidas, pois já utilizei o serviço de entrega de encomendas em outras oportunidades.
Fast and accurate service. Extraordinarily, I was attended on a holiday by the manager who had gone to the Company just to make a check and even so delivered my order, which took a day from the destination to my hands.
In General, I noticed that deliveries are fast, as I have used the parcel delivery service in other opportunities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível!! Já liguei outras vezes e nunca me atenderam, sempre tive que ir até o local pra saber se a encomenda havia chegado.
Hoje infelizmente eu precisei do serviço novamente e dessa vez uma atendente atendeu, perguntou sobre o que era e bateu o telefone enquanto eu falava. Isso é uma falta de respeito! Só em Vitória da conquista mesmo que a gente vê essas coisas. Lixoo!
Horrible service!! I've called other times and they never answered me, I always had to go to the place to know if the order had arrived.
Today unfortunately I needed the service again and this time an attendant answered, asked what it was about and slammed the phone while I was talking. This is disrespectful! Only in Vitória da Conquista do we see these things. garbage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço!! Nunca atenderam o telefone quando precisei outras vezes, hoje vi que o serviço ainda piorou, uma atendente desligou na minha cara enquanto eu falava. treinem melhor esses tipos de animais que trabalham com vcs.
Terrible service!! They never answered the phone when I needed it other times, today I saw that the service got even worse, an attendant hung up on me while I was talking. better train these types of animals that work with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não respeitam os passageiros eu comprei passagem para Jequié mais quando o ônibus chegar em Vitória da conquista vai pra garagem aí tem que esperar outro ônibus pra vim pra Jequié e fica mais de duas horas na garagem da mesma sem da nem uma especiação ao passageiro um falta de vergonha com o passageiro mais não temos nada de fiscalização no nosso Brasil
They don't respect passengers I bought a ticket to Jequié but when the bus arrives in Vitória da Conquista it goes to the garage then you have to wait for another bus to come to Jequié and it stays in the garage for more than two hours without giving the passenger even a speciation one lack of shame with the passenger but we don't have any inspection in our Brazil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ida para o Rio de Janeiro, excelente, volta horrível, ônibus até Vitória da Conquista, espera de mais de uma hora para vim outro ônibus ! Não aconselho por causa desta troca de ônibus em Vitória da Conquista, porque o ônibus que vem do Rio de Janeiro segue para Brumado, eu esqueci uma bolsa com medicação, ainda não consegui falar com ninguém para fazer a reclamação !
Trip to Rio de Janeiro, excellent, return horrible, bus to Vitória da Conquista, wait more than an hour for another bus!
