★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira vez o serviço foi bom, mas não sei por qual razão desta vez, liguei em uma sexta para pedir um vendedor para vim fazer uma medição de uma persiana no meu quarto e até na terça seguinte não tive retorno, liguei novamente e pedi um vendedor, no dia seguinte o vendedor me ligou, então marquei que ele viesse pela manhã no outro dia, até hoje não apareceu. Então perdi toda credibilidade na empresa.
The first time the service was good, but I don't know why this time, I called on a Friday to ask a salesperson to come and take a measurement of a blind in my room and until the following Tuesday I didn't have a return, I called again and asked for a salesman, the next day the salesman called me, so I arranged for him to come in the morning the other day, until today he didn’t show up. So I lost all credibility in the company.
