★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa clínica pra ninguém, entrei em contato pelo whatsapp e quando eu falei que era convênio , eles simplesmente me ignoraram , fiquei uma semana tentando contato sem sucesso, eles estavam on LINE e não me respondia , uma total falta de respeito , se não querem atender convênio então que pelo menos de alguma desculpa, mas não deixe a pessoa igual uma palhaça esperando um retorno, imagino como deve ser com os pacientes deles .
I don't recommend this clinic to anyone, I got in touch via whatsapp and when I said it was an insurance, they just ignored me, I spent a week trying to contact without success, they were on LINE and they didn't answer me, a total lack of respect, if not they want to take care of the health insurance so that at least some excuse, but don't leave the person like a clown waiting for a return, I imagine how it must be with their patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei a consulta por whatsapp e o agendamento foi rápido e efetivo, porém no dia da consulta que estava agendada para às 13h30, recebi o link do aplicativo para 13h00, até aí sem problemas, reorganizei meu tempo e no horário agendado estava pronta para consulta, só que a médica nem se quer apareceu. Resolvi aguardar até 13h30 e nada na médica novamente, entrei em contato com a clínica, tentaram contatar a doutora e sem um retorno efetivo, solicitando que eu aguardasse, como se estivesse à disposição dela para aguardar o dia inteiro.
Infelizmente não voltarei a reagendar na clínica, pela péssima experiência.
I scheduled the appointment via whatsapp and the appointment was quick and effective, but on the day of the appointment that was scheduled for 1:30 pm, I received the application link for 1:00 pm, so far no problems, I rearranged my time and at the scheduled time I was ready for consultation, but the doctor didn't even show up. I decided to wait until 1:30 pm and nothing from the doctor again, I contacted the clinic, they tried to contact the doctor and without an effective return, asking me to wait, as if I were at her disposal to wait the whole day.
Unfortunately, I will not reschedule at the clinic again, due to the bad experience.

Entrei em contato com com eles via WhatsApp no dia 29/03 e até hoje não recebi um retorno (31/03). O que deveria ser uma forma de comunicação ágil e eficaz, está demandando mais tempo.
Uma empresa que trabalha no ramo da saúde deixar o paciente esperar tanto tempo para um retorno é algo que considero inaceitável, principalmente quando se trata de algum assunto urgente.
Service performed only by WhatsApp, with an unacceptable waiting time for a response.
I contacted them via WhatsApp on 03/29 and to this day I have not received a response (03/31). What should be an agile and effective form of communication is taking more time.
A company that works in the health sector letting the patient wait so long for a return is something I consider unacceptable, especially when it comes to an urgent matter.
