★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de respeito com o paciente. Estive a primeira vez pra fazer o exame aguardei por mais de 1hr. Desisti e remarquei. Voltei novamente, liguei antes pra saber se haveria atraso e informaram que não. Novamente mais de uma hora aguardando e passaram pacientes na minha frente.
 Total lack of respect for the patient. I was the first time to take the exam I waited for more than 1hr. I gave up and rescheduled. I came back again, I called earlier to find out if there would be a delay and they said no. Again more than an hour waiting and patients passed in front of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção nota 10. Recepcionistas super educadas e pontuais . Demorou 10 minutos já fui chamada p fazer os exames de imagens . Médico muito atencioso . Foi a primeira vez que fiz exames na clínica e voltarei todos as vezes que houver necessidade . Ótimos serviços prestados.
Note 10 reception service. Super polite and punctual receptionists. It took 10 minutes and I was called to do the imaging exams. Very attentive doctor. It was the first time that I had exams at the clinic and I will come back whenever I need it. Great services provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e experiência do início ao fim. Agendamos um ultrassom para as 10:30h, fomos atendidos pelo Dr. Bernardo ao meio dia. O mesmo deve ser reconhecido por Dr. Simpatia Zero. Fazer o trabalho técnico é primordial, ser cordial é essencial. Humanização zero ! Se puderem, procurem outra clínica com profissionais mais atualizados e preparados para o atendimento.
Bad service and experience from start to finish. We scheduled an ultrasound for 10: 30h, we were attended by Dr. Bernardo at noon. The same must be recognized by Dr. Simpatia Zero. Doing technical work is paramount, being cordial is essential. Zero humanization! If you can, look for another clinic with more updated professionals and prepared for care.

The guy keeps putting his forearm on my wife's things to do the ultrasound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu ultra-som estava agendado às 15:40 já são 16:30 e estou sentada aqui. Não me atenderam, não deram uma satisfação e a melhor parte é que a clínica está vazia e todo mundo que chegou já foi atendido, menos eu. Sinceramente é cansativo ficar esperando sem ninguém falar nada, para que marcar horário então.
My ultrasound was scheduled at 15:40 it's already 16:30 and I'm sitting here. They didn't see me, they didn't give me any satisfaction and the best part is that the clinic is empty and everyone who arrived has already been seen, except me. Honestly, it's tiring to wait without anyone saying anything, so make an appointment then.
