Pedi uma vez, veio sem molho. Não reembolsaram e nem responderam o chat do Ifood.
Na segunda vez só entregaram meu pedido 1 hora depois do limite previsto porque liguei reclamando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente, não conseguimos contato para posicionar sobre pedido atrasado, e depois simplesmente cancelam, isso que o prazo era já de quase 2h para entrega, e ainda ficam abertos no aplicativo, acho que o mínimo se não tem condições de entregar é fechar para não receber novos pedidos.
