★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já adquirimos produtos da Nutrição Total varias vezes sempre com mercadoria a ser entregue o que não foi diferente desta vez em 27-01-21, entretanto dia 29 recebemos um email para retirar a mercadoria, o que fizemos no dia 01-02, entretanto já háviamos pago o frete que lamentavelmente não foi devolvido, nem reembolsado ou no minimo deixado a meu credito na empresa. sendo o erro da empresa e não meu.
Espero que NUTRIÇÃO TOTAL reveja o caso, o pedido é 102 6336. Alegaram que iam entregar no dia seguinte, e para devolver o frete teriam que cancelar o processo todo. SO QUE EU É QUEM RETIREI.
We have already purchased Total Nutrition products several times with merchandise to be delivered which was no different this time on 27-01-21, however on the 29th we received an email to collect the merchandise, which we did on the 1st of February, meanwhile already we had paid for the freight which unfortunately was not returned, nor refunded or at least left to my credit at the company. being the company's mistake and not mine.
I hope that TOTAL NUTRITION reviews the case, the order is 102 6336. They claimed that they were going to deliver the next day, and to return the freight they would have to cancel the whole process. SO I AM WHO I WITHDRAWN.

Na data de ontem compareci ao estabelecimento, fui atendido por um outro rapaz, o mesmo com total despreparo, não parecia ser funcionário ou vendedor. O mesmo me informou que não tinha meu produto em estoque, me ofereceu uma marca inferior, até ai tudo bem. Na hora de me passar o valor, me disse que ficaria total de mais de R$380,00, questionei o mesmo sobre o valor, pois no site a quantidade desejada e mesmo produto ficava em R$302,00 e fui respondido com muita grosseria que valor do site não é o mesmo da loja, e que se eu quisesse fazer a compra no site, teria que voltar no outro dia para a retirada, mesmo fazendo Pix ou Cartão de Crédito, eu moro a 48 km do local, e meu pai depende da dieta diariamente, não podemos atrasar nenhum dia, se não ele fica sem se alimentar pela sonda. Decepcionado com o atendimento de vocês.
