Hoje dia 25 março de 2021 entrei com processo em 2019 estou esperando um telefonema para saber não nem mensagem what app nem email para dizer se pedir processo eu tenho que correr atrás ligando para sabe oque está acontecendo pelo jeito eu pedi desculpa e pambemia desde 2019 ......... Infelizmente ? pedi processo quando for procurar esse tipo de serviço procure pergunta sobre processo da habilitação pois se você entra só com multas vai perde dinheiro infelizmente pedir 1800 reais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu entrei com a defesa de 4 multas que resultaram no processo de suspensão da minha CNH.
A defesa foi exatamente para não ter suspendido o meu direito de dirigir por atingir os 20 pontos em menos de 12 meses.
A MTrans fez a entrada das defesas, e enviou o recurso da suspensão.
A 1 mês o Detran-SP extinguiu minha suspensão. Estou feliz com o serviço prestado
I filed a defense of 4 fines that resulted in the suspension of my driver's license.
The defense was precisely for not having suspended my right to drive for reaching 20 points in less than 12 months.
MTrans filed the defenses, and sent the suspension appeal.
One month ago, Detran-SP terminated my suspension. I'm happy with the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma multa aplicada de interceptação de via pública valor dessa multa era de 6 mil, pois bem contatei a MTRANS que entrou em defesa, então a pouco mais de um mês tive a resposta, do detran e ganhei a causa e multa foi cancela, feliz com o desfecho do caso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota 0 para esta assessoria. Me senti enganado e lesado. Empresa manipuladora que nunca resolvem nada. Usam artifícios enganosos e ludibriam o cliente. Joguei dinheiro no lixo literalmente e perdi meu tempo, além de pagar a multa ainda perdi dinheiro com a Mtrans. Aprendi do pior jeito ( no bolso) que multa você mesmo recorre e se não der certo, pague e pronto. Esses tipo de empresa tem monte por ai, simplesmente porque existe pessoas besta como nós para encher o bolso deles de dinheiro. O Detran dificilmente ira dar resultado como deferido.
Paguei para recorrerem de 4 multas e nenhuma com bom resultado, todas indeferidas. Não recomendo esta empresa.
Note 0 for this consultancy. I felt cheated and cheated. Manipulative company that never solve anything. They use deceptive artifices and deceive the customer. I literally threw money in the trash and wasted my time, in addition to paying the fine, I also lost money with Mtrans. I learned the hard way (in my pocket) that fines you yourself resort and if it doesn't work out, pay and that's it. These kind of companies have a lot out there, simply because there are stupid people like us to fill their pockets with money. The Detran will hardly give a result as deferred.
I paid to appeal 4 fines and none with good results, all rejected. I do not recommend this company.
