Porem, 50% das vezes tenho dificuldade da finalizacao do meu prdido pelo whatsapp, sendo obrigado a ligar e falar com a Gerencia... que dessa vez, falhor tsmbem. Se tivesse um srlo de Qualidade no Atendimento, com certeza pra mim, seria negativo.
I came back here to change my opinion about Farmaformula. I've been a customer for some time, I buy from time to time. However, 50% of the time I have difficulty completing my project via whatsapp, being forced to call and talk to the Management... which this time, too, fails. If I had a Quality Service srlo, for me it would certainly be negative.

Além disso, sempre cumpriram os prazos para a entrega de produtos manipulados. No geral, - farmácia tem bom preço, bom atendimento e ótima localização.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa farmácia não tem compromisso com clientes. Fiz um pedido de um medicamente e avisei que nao posso ficar sem ele nenhum dia. Marcaram de me entregar com 5 dias, depois adiaram mais dois, esperei ficando já 2 dias sem o remedio, no dia que finalmente eu iria receber, me avisam que não tem a materia prima e que preciso esperar mais 10 dias úteis. Fica aí minha indignação
This pharmacy has no commitment to customers. I placed an order for a medicine and warned that I can't be without it any day. They scheduled to deliver me with 5 days, then they postponed another two, I waited for 2 days without the medicine, on the day I would finally receive it, they tell me that they don't have the raw material and that I need to wait another 10 working days.
