Ele escuta o paciente e existe um planejamento com base em tudo o que foi conversado e alinhado com o objetivo. O acompanhamento e suporte que ele dá ao paciente acaba por motivar ainda mais quem está determinado a chegar no objetivo. É extremamente disponível e presente durante o processo. É um profissional acima da média.
