★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz pedidos de canecas por 4 vezes, mas infelizmente no meu último pedido fiquei muito desapontada. As cores impressas ficaram completamente diferentes do arquivo original. Os detalhes Marrons saíram em um verde vivo. Me explicaram ser coisa recorrente em trabalhos de sublimação e tem influência da marca da tinta, calibragem etc, mas esperava que ao menos me fosse informado quando saiu a primeira caneca em cor diferente do esperado. Certamente eu não iria autorizar a impressão das demais canecas. Uma pena.
I ordered mugs 4 times, but unfortunately on my last order I was really disappointed. The printed colors were completely different from the original file. Brown details came out in a vivid green. They explained to me that it is a recurrent thing in sublimation works and it has influence from the ink brand, calibration etc, but I hoped that at least I was informed when the first mug came out in a different color than expected. Certainly I wouldn't authorize the printing of the other mugs. A feather.
