★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei diversas vezes, qualidade da carne boa, mas o atendimento por telefone e e-commerce é pessimo, não compre. Fiz uma compra dia 02 a noite, paguei no cartão, previsão de entrega dia 3 entre 10 e 12h30. Liguei para saber se estava chegando, fui informada que o sistema é lendo, que minha compra ainda não havia sido aprovada. Em 5 min toca o telefone perguntando se reconheço a compra como se fosse meu cartão, a pessoa ignorou meus questionamentos, informou que estava desligando, que não era responsável por esta informação! Que atendimento, gostei de ver como tratam o cliente. Nunca mais volto!!!
 I've bought it several times, the quality of the meat is good, but the phone service and e-commerce is terrible, don't buy it. I made a purchase on the 2nd at night, paid on the card, delivery forecast on the 3rd between 10 and 12:30. I called to see if it was coming, I was informed that the system is reading, that my purchase had not yet been approved. In 5 minutes the phone rings asking if I recognize the purchase as if it were my card, the person ignored my questions, informed that he was hanging up, that he was not responsible for this information! What a service, I liked to see how they treat the customer. I'll never come back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei a qualidade e procedência das carnes excelente, porém em variedade não achei dos açougues mais completos. Embora tenha alguns cortes diferentes, faltaram alguns produtos básicos que eu procurei e não tinha. Os preços são altos, mas era de se esperar.
I found the quality and origin of the meats excellent, but in terms of variety I didn't find the most complete butchers. Although it has a few different cuts, it lacked some basic products that I looked for and didn't have. Prices are high, but to be expected.
