★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um batom para de presente,a vendedora disse que eu poderia trocar se minha esposa não gostasse da cor, quando fui trocar a vendedora me disse que o batom foi usado só que não foi, e falarão que ele teve o lacre rompido, más ele não foi com lacre ,minha esposa abriu o batom na minha frente para conferir a cor e realmente não estava com lacre algum,resumo da história vou ficar com o batom mas produtos Boticário nessa loja não compro mais,pago mais caro em outra loja mas nessa nunca mais,na hora de vender e um amor mas na hora de resolver o problema com clientes nem parece a mesma loja que vc comprou!
