★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ir na loja O Boticário é sempre ótimo. Porém, na loja do Norte Shopping peguei uma atendente que tinha pouco conhecimento em sugerir os produtos para presente (que é o que eu queria). Achei alguns produtos sozinhos, foi quando outros funcionário sugeriu mais alguns itens e me apresentou uma oferta que passei a ter direito. No geral foi bom. A qualidade do O Boticário sempre prevalece. É preciso orientar melhor os empregados para "abrir" um leque de opções aos clientes.
Go to the store O Boticario is always great. But at the Norte Shopping store I caught an attendant who had little knowledge of suggesting gift products (which is what I wanted). I found some products alone, it was when other employee suggested some more items and presented me an offer that I was entitled to. Overall it was good. The quality of O Boticário always prevails. Employees need better guidance to "open" a range of options to customers.

A atendente estava montando caixinhas e me deixou esperando sem a menor pressa,então perguntei pra outra vendedora se poderia me atender a qual também mandou que eu esperasse pq ela também estava montando caixas.
Quando eu disse que então não ria mais esperar não fizeram a menor questão de mudar o procedimento, sequer pediram desculpas. Saí muito triste. Nunca tinha sido recebida assim nas outras filiais.
A prioridade deveria ser o cliente.
Fui na concorrente e comprei o que eu queria e mais outros dois produtos. Voltei lá e mostrei. Porém continuaram com o mesmo procedimento. Essa final do Norte Shopping NAO RECOMENDO.

I went to the competitor and bought what I wanted and two other products. I went back there and showed it. However, they continued with the same procedure. This Norte Shopping final I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
