The store is small but has everything you expect from an Apothecary. I went for Christmas and the service was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu nome é Cristiane, fiz uma compra hj, dia 22 pelo site para retirar na loja, e para minha surpresa ao finalizar a compra que meu pedido só chegará na loja dia 27, ou seja, vc acha que comprar no site e retirar na loja é mais rápido e cômodo e não é, aí vc vai a loja e a vendedora diz que se ñ tiver satisfeita é só cancelar o pedido. Parabéns O Boticário do Shopping Boulevard Vila Isabel. Atendimento personalizado, e aguardar o produto chegar na loja que já tem o produto. Péssima experiência, não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo site, fui até ao local, porém dei uma volta na loja primeiro, pq eu estava a procura de um Kit que estava indisponível no site, nenhuma funcionária me atendeu, apenas uma foi educada e deu somente um "Boa Tarde", depois de uns minutos me identifiquei e disse que estava ali para a retirada do produto, aí elas me deram mais atenção, foi tudo tranquilo, porem acho que pra uma loja pequena a atenção deveria ter para qualquer cliente.
