★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito de comprar no Boticario, sempre muito bem organizado, atendimento excelente. Porém, não sei se é por causa da pandemia, deve ser, só tinha uma atendente, então sempre tem que esperar um pouco.
 I love to shop at Boticario, always very well organized, excellent service. However, I don't know if it's because of the pandemic, it must be, there was only one attendant, so you always have to wait a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei para comprar um perfume, qdo a atendente veio.me atender e eu disse o perfume q queria. Neste meio tempo, entrou outra pessoa, e ela simplesmente me deixou esperando e foi atender a outra pessoa que a levou até a vitrine do lado de fora da loja. E eu esperando enqto ela atendia essa outra pessoa q chegou depois. Conclusão. Fui embora, não comprei o perfume e ela perdeu a venda! Não volto mais nesta loja por conta do atendimento desta vendedora. Atendimento péssimo! Mal educada. Isto ocorreu na 2a feira 25/10 às 16:30 .
I went in to buy a perfume, when the attendant came to meet me and I said the perfume I wanted. In the meantime, someone else came in, and she just left me waiting and went to meet someone else who took her to the window outside the store. And I was waiting while she attended to this other person who arrived later. Conclusion. I left, I didn't buy the perfume and she lost the sale! I will not return to this store because of the service provided by this seller. Terrible service! Rude. This took place on Monday 10/25 at 4:30 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não falam sobre a linha de produtos novos. Vc q se vire p conhecer o q tem de novo e se não tem não te oferecem nada p substituir. Não entro mais lá, apesar de se perto da minha casa.
Terrible attendance. They don't talk about the new product line. You can turn around to find out what's new and if you don't have it, they won't offer you anything to replace it. I don't go there anymore, even though it's close to my house.
