★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei muitas vezes na loja, sem auxílio de vendedor, porém da última vez comprei vários produtos e um deles, no caso uma cola de cílios, me foi indicado pela vendedora que me garantiu que funcionaria. Não satisfeita cheguei a casa, li a embalagem e verifiquei que era adequada para outro tipo, diferentes do que comprei. Voltei no dia seguinte pra tentar trocar mas a mesma vendedora manteve a orientação de que o produto funcionaria, mesmo na embalagem dizendo que o fim não era aquele. Dito e feito, abri o produto, usei e não funcionou de jeito nenhum. No dia seguinte voltei a loja com o produto e a mesma vendedora disse que não poderia fazer nada pois o produto estava aberto. Ou seja, profissionais mal informado dá a orientação errada ao cliente e depois o cliente quem fica com o prejuízo.

Not satisfied I got home, read the packaging and found that it was suitable for another type, different from the one I bought. I came back the next day to try to exchange it but the same saleswoman kept the guidance that the product would work, even on the packaging saying that that was not the end. Said and done, I opened the product, used it and it didn't work at all. The next day I went back to the store with the product and the same saleswoman said she couldn't do anything because the product was open. That is, poorly informed professionals give the wrong guidance to the client and then the client who gets the loss.

Nessa primeira semana do ano entrei na loja 2 vezes,a primeira fui bem atendida porém a vendedora me empurrou produtos caríssimos, mas só 1 do item caro isso por precisão...
Já na segunda vez, péssimo atendimento, 3 vendedoras me viram entrando, e foi como se não tivesse entrado ninguém, para ser minha primeira semana do ano na tal cidade maravilhosa,tive uma péssima experiência, OU SERÁ PQ SOU NEGRA DE OUTRO ESTADO E VIVO FORA DO PAIS HÁ MAIS DE 20
ANOS???
Seja como for isso é vergonhoso respeito todos os trabalhadores, e gostaria de ser tratada por igual, mas isso é O BRASIL SEM FUTURO AONDE DEUS NÃO ME DEIXARÁ CRIAR MINHA FILHA ????? Eu CREIO E PROFETIZO ????????
