★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma loja de O Boticário como qualquer outras. Mas... o atendimento é sempre o pior possível, em relação a outras unidades, com as quais também estou habituada. Vendedoras insuficientemente simpáticas, pouco disponíveis... sempre fica aquela sensação desagradável de que estou sendo (mal) julgada pela minha aparência, apesar de ser consumidora recorrente.
 It's an O Boticário store like any other. But... the service is always the worst possible, in relation to other units, which I am also used to. Insufficiently friendly salespeople, not very available... there's always that unpleasant feeling that I'm being (mis)judged by my appearance, despite being a recurring consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo,fui ontem 17/04 atendente super mal educada,se não quer trabalhar,tem muita gente com vontade e experiência.Tenho costume de comprar em outro shopping e nunca tive esse tipo de problema,se não querem ser mal atendidos, não recomendo!!
Terrible service, I was yesterday 04/17 super rude attendant, if you don't want to work, there are a lot of people with desire and experience. !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Boticario sempre fez campanha para promover um novo produto. Duas vezes eu participei e fui ate a loja retirar o brinde. É visível a mudança de comportamento da atendente quando falo que fui pegar o brinde. A sensação é que estou incomodando, gerando transtorno... como se eu tivesse pedindo algo e não participando de uma campanha feita pela empresa.
Penso que seja necessário o Boticario treinar as equipes, ainda mais se tratando de uma campanha para divulgar um novo produto.
As duas vezes que peguei o brinde, eu esperava algo como: que bom que você está participando dessa promoção, tomara que você goste, dê seu feed back no Instagram, site (algum canal de comunicacao), você gostaria de olhar algum outro produto...
Enfim, qualquer atendimento que não me fizesse sentir mal.
Adoro os produtos, uso vários, mas essa loja especifica, eu entendo que precisa aprimorar o atendimento aí publico.
O Boticario has always campaigned to promote a new product. Twice I participated and went to the store to pick up the gift. The change in the attendant's behavior is visible when I say that I went to get the gift. The feeling is that I'm bothering, causing inconvenience... as if I'm asking for something and not participating in a campaign made by the company.
I think it is necessary for Boticario to train the teams, even more so when dealing with a campaign to publicize a new product.
The two times I got the freebie, I expected something like: glad you are participating in this promotion, I hope you like it, give your feed back on Instagram, website (some communication channel), you would like to look at some other product. ..
Anyway, any service that didn't make me feel bad.
I love the products, I use several, but this specific store, I understand that it needs to improve the public service there.

Fui comprar o pó mineral no dia 07/05 e a vendedora não teve vontade de procurar no estoque, disse que achava que não tinha o bege claro e que eu deveria esperar abrirem as caixas que tinham chegado com produtos novos (estavam todas no chão), me largou sozinha no salão para conversar com outras pessoas. Graças ao mau atendimento, conheci a MAC, onde tive um atendimento maravilhoso em que a vendedora fez questão de passar os produtos no meu rosto e encontrar as melhores opções! Acabei saindo de lá com 3 produtos além do pó! Enquanto eu estava na loja do O Boticário, um casal saiu reclamando que foram “largados” sozinhos também! Despreparo total
Terrible attendance! I went to buy the mineral powder on the 07/05th and the saleswoman didn't feel like looking in the stock, said she thought she didn't have the light beige and that I should wait for the boxes that had arrived with new products to be opened (they were all on the floor) , left me alone in the hall to talk to other people. Thanks to the bad service, I met MAC, where I had a wonderful service in which the saleswoman made a point of passing the products on my face and finding the best options! I ended up leaving there with 3 products besides the powder! While I was at the O Boticário store, a couple came out complaining that they were “left” alone too! total unpreparedness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Boticário está sempre me salvando na hora de comprar um presentinho de última hora. Está longe de ser o mais barato, mas são ótimas opções.
Boticário is always saving me when I buy a last minute gift. It's far from the cheapest, but it's a great option.
