Crowded parking lot, they can't direct people to the other Parking lot that exists in the mall, parking boxes don't respect the preference, especially the one in front of the carrefur.

No atendimento ao cliente foi incluindo um seguro residencial que não solicitamos, minha esposa falou com o atendente que estava sem óculos e que assinaria o contrato confiando que se tratava apenas de um cartão da loja. No caixa perguntamos quanto ao parcelamento, sendo respondido que esse seria escolhido por nós posteriormente pelo aplicativo. Na data de 15/03/2022 ao verificar msg foi visualizado a fatura constando parcelamento de 8x com juros, além da cobrança de seguro residencial.
On 03/10/2022 we made a store card to get a discount on the purchase. Customer service included home insurance that we did not request, my wife spoke to the attendant who was without glasses and who would sign the contract trusting that it was just a store card. At the cashier, we asked about the payment in installments, and the answer was that it would be chosen by us later by the application. On the date of 03/15/2022, when checking the message, the invoice was seen with 8 installments with interest, in addition to the residential insurance charge.
