★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Atendentes prepotentes , antipaticos. Qdo entra na loja precisa pedir pra ser atendida. Não tem a cordialidade DO NOME BOTICARIO. Precisam fazer treinamento de vendas para que façam jus aos produtos da Boticario.
Do que adianta uma loja tão linda com precário atendimento.
 Terrible attendance. Overbearing, unfriendly attendants. When you enter the store you have to ask to be served. It doesn't have the cordiality OF THE BOTICARIO NAME. They need to do sales training so that they do justice to Boticario's products.
What's the point of such a beautiful store with poor service.

Excellent service, beautiful store with well-organized products, countless treats to please the customer, packaging, card, personalized bow and various stamps, stickers and colored pens to further enrich the gift. For a world with more apothecary stores like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, estive na loja o Boticário no shopping Morumbi e me decepcionei com o atendimento, não tive um atendimento adequado não sei se pelo fato de ser uma pessoa de cor ( preta ) mas não imaginei que seria um cliente invisível na loja, entrei escolhi alguns produtos e fiquei 20 minutos esperando alguém me ver no caixa para poder efetuar o pagamento quando eu decidi deixar os produtos em cima de uma bancada de maquiagem e ir embora, daí então um dos funcionários que estava ao lado com uma moça resolver me ver e perguntou ( quer que eu te atenda no caixa? ) Eu agradeci e disse que não precisava mais pois estava indo embora
Sempre fiz compras na loja o Boticário mas a partir de hoje não vou mais...
Today, I was at the O Boticário store in the Morumbi shopping mall and I was disappointed with the service, I didn't have adequate service, I don't know if because I was a person of color (black) but I didn't imagine that I would be an invisible customer in the store, I went in and chose some products and I was waiting for 20 minutes for someone to see me at the checkout so I could make the payment when I decided to leave the products on a makeup counter and leave, then one of the employees who was beside a girl decided to see me and asked (Want me to attend you at the checkout?) I thanked you and said I didn't need to anymore because I was leaving
I've always shopped at the O Boticário store but as of today I won't go anymore...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no Boticário do Morumbi Shopping, adorei, atendimento Maravilhoso, quem nos atendeu foi o Márcio. Esta loja me surpreendeu, não cobra caixa quando é presente e ainda te dá o cartão. É uma loja super espaçosa, fácil de visualizar os produtos. Realmente está de PARABÉNS.
I was at O Boticário do Morumbi Shopping, I loved it, wonderful service, who attended us was Márcio. This store surprised me, they don't charge cash when it's a gift and even give you the card. It's a super spacious store, easy to see the products. It really is CONGRATULATIONS.

Há um balcão onde vc pode escolher sacola, caixa, cartão, e quando vc termina a embalagem a atendente imprime a fita do laço com o nome do presenteado.
De mais,. parabéns, está vez o Boticário se superou.!!!!
I thought it was wonderful, a unique experience to assemble the gift packaging.
There is a counter where you can choose a bag, box, card, and when you finish the package, the attendant prints the bow ribbon with the name of the recipient.
Too much,. Congratulations, this time the Apothecary has outdone itself.!!!!

Ainda, achei sensacional a possibilidade de customizar a caixa de presente (eles ainda perguntam o nome da pessoa que ira receber o presente e escrevem no laço). Super recomendo. Sempre que eu for presentear alguém, irei nessa boticário.
