★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha família compramos sempre no Boticário, somos bem atendido e adoramos os produtos. Concordo que nem sempre os preços são bons, mais mesmo assim compro e recomendo, pois todos os produtos são bons e tem pra todos os gostos.
My family and I always buy at Apothecary, we are well attended and we love the products. I agree that prices are not always good, but I still buy and recommend it, because all the products are good and has all tastes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei ontem, domingo 22/11/20 um BOTIK serum. O produto estava fechado e lacrado, embora fosse o ultimo na prateleira. Quando cheguei em casa, o frasco estava vazio!!! Moro longe e estou tentando entrar em contato por telefone, sem sucesso. Aguardo contato para a troca do produto.
I bought yesterday, Sunday 22/11/20 a BOTIK serum. The product was closed and sealed, although it was the last one on the shelf. When I got home, the bottle was empty !!! I live far away and I am trying to get in touch by phone, without success. I await contact to exchange the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja do Iguatemi Campinas para trocar um perfume que estava com o selo de troca. Fui muito mal atendido pois a funcionária ficou aborrecida por ter que interromper a maquiagem que ela estava fazendo no espelho. Falou que não iria trocar pois eu já havia apertado a válvula da embalagem. Questionei pois não tem como sentir o cheiro do produto sem apertar a válvula. Nem assim adiantou. Ela estava muito infernada. Fui num outro ponto de venda e a funcionária trocou na hora. Lamentável. Vocês perderam um cliente.
I went to the Iguatemi Campinas store to exchange a perfume that had the exchange seal. I was very poorly attended because the employee was annoyed at having to interrupt the makeup she was doing in the mirror. He said he wouldn't change it because I had already tightened the valve on the package. I asked because there is no way to smell the product without pressing the valve. It didn't even help. She was very hell-bent. I went to another point of sale and the employee changed it right away. Unfortunate. You lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido ganhou em 13/05/22 um desodorante Malbec que veio com a etiqueta de troca. Como ele não gostou do perfume, fomos à loja Boticário do Iguatemi em 14/05/22 (24 horas depois) para trocar a fragrância. Fomos muito mal atendidos pela funcionária que afirmou que o produto foi usado e violado e que portanto a troca não poderia ser efetuada. Saímos de lá e nos dirigimos a outro ponto de venda onde a troca foi imediatamente realizada. É muito difícil conquistar um cliente e muito fácil perdê-lo.
My husband got a Malbec deodorant on 5/13/22 that came with the exchange tag. As he didn't like the perfume, we went to the Boticário do Iguatemi store on 05/14/22 (24 hours later) to change the fragrance. We were very poorly attended by the employee who said that the product was used and violated and therefore the exchange could not be made. We left there and went to another point of sale where the exchange was immediately carried out. It is very difficult to win a customer and very easy to lose one.
