Então fui até a do Iguatemi. Que diferença. Mesmo sendo troca, a vendedora Talita foi super gentil, mostrou todas as peças que eu quis. Resultado: troquei por algo mais caro e com certeza voltarei NESTA loja porque a de Indaiatuba realmente me decepcionou.
I got a gift from this store and wanted to exchange it. As I am from Indaiatuba I tried to make the exchange in my city. They didn't want to do it. They made a thousand excuses and I couldn't do it.
So I went to Iguatemi's. What difference. Even though it was an exchange, the seller Talita was super kind, showed all the pieces I wanted. Result: I traded for something more expensive and I will definitely return to THIS store because the one in Indaiatuba really disappointed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja. Pena que a Franquia está fechando várias loja físicas! O site até que é bom, contudo, as lojas Imaginarium possuem ótimas montagens e são muito boas de se visitar fisicamente, até porque os produtos são muito específico na sua maioria!
Great store. Too bad the Franchise is closing several physical stores! The website is quite good, however, Imaginarium stores have great setups and are very good to visit physically, even because the products are very specific for the most part!
