Atendente sem vontade de atender, e com falta de atenção com os clientes, além de olhar indiferente. Nota-se ainda que é necessário uma melhor preparação de como agir, tratar e de como atender os clientes. Não há empolgação na apresentação dos produtos ofertados, não há o sorriso no rosto, aspectos estes que fazem uma diferença enorme no atendimento.
