★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida por uma vendendora chamada Sara Heloise, como sempre no começo elas se mostram muito simpáticas e educadas, mas depois quando ela viu que eu só estava olhando e não queria comprar naquela hora, me tratou com indiferença total e não respondeu mais o que eu perguntava. Sei muito bem que vcs vivem de comissão, mas não precisava modificar o comportamento em menos de 2 minutos.
O boticário deveria treinar essas funcionárias para não só atender bem quem for comprar no dia, pois as vezes a gente quer olhar e depois volta. Não adianta ser "simpática" por 1 minuto, e depois modificar a cara ao saber que não será comprado naquele dia. Só por isso, comprei no site da boticário cerca de 300 reais, mas não comprei na loja.

The apothecary should train these employees to not only serve those who buy on the day well, because sometimes we want to look and then come back. It doesn't help to be "nice" for 1 minute, and then change your face when you know that it won't be bought that day. For that reason alone, I bought about 300 reais on the apothecary's website, but I didn't buy it at the store.
