★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood as 21:13 de 1 combo (hambúrguer, batata e bebida). O prazo de entrega era de 22:23 as 22:33 (já um absurdo pra um simples lanche). O pedido chegou na minha porta exatamente 00:00 (eu já estava deitada), mesmo depois de eu ter entrado em contato com o estabelecimento e avisado que não receberia o pedido. Durante todo o tempo de espera nenhum contato foi feito comigo por parte do estabelecimento, e quando questionei o atraso me foi dito que o motoboy estava atrasado pois um cliente demorou para descer, e que o sistema caiu e ela não conseguiu me avisar. A sensação é de falta de cuidado e vontade com o consumidor. Falhas acontecem, mas o mínimo que se espera é transparência por parte do estabelecimento. Um motoboy não atrasa 1h30 por conta de um cliente que demorou a descer. E sinceramente, depois de quase 3 horas que o pedido havia sido feito o mínimo que eu esperava era uma vontade deles em não perder uma cliente. Solicitei o cancelamento e a resposta foi: claro, certíssima. ??♀️ Acontece, né? Tenho certeza que o lanche deve ser bom, mas não vale a dor de cabeça, e muito menos a espera. No fim, não aceitei o pedido e jamais serei uma cliente do “Ô burguês”. Não recomendo.
I ordered Ifood at 21:13 for 1 combo (burger, potato and drink). The delivery time was from 22:23 to 22:33 (already absurd for a simple snack). The order arrived at my door at exactly 00:00 (I was already in bed), even after I had contacted the establishment and warned that I would not receive the order. During the entire waiting time, no contact was made with me by the establishment, and when I questioned the delay, I was told that the courier was late because a customer took a while to get down, and that the system was down and she was unable to notify me. The feeling is of lack of care and willingness with the consumer. Failures happen, but the least expected is transparency on the part of the establishment. A motorcycle courier is not late for 1h30 because of a customer who took his time getting off. And honestly, after almost 3 hours that the order had been placed, the least I expected was their desire not to lose a customer. I requested the cancellation and the answer was: of course, absolutely right. ??♀️ It happens, right? I'm sure the snack should be good, but it's not worth the headache, let alone the wait. In the end, I didn't accept the request and I will never be a client of the “bourgeois”. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pela 1°x vez e demorou mais de duas horas. Hoje no dia do hambúrguer, resolvi dar uma 2° chance e pedi novamente. Lanches chegaram dentro do prazo de entrega e só, porque vieram frio, com batata murcha e fria (sem contar que a quantidade é pouquíssima), mas, e principalmente, vieram lanches errados com itens adicionais e pagos que não veio e com item solicitado pra retirar que não foi retirado. Ponto do blend também veio errado. Não acho que vale a pena o custo benefício.
I ordered it for the 1st time and it took over two hours. Today on burger day, I decided to give it a 2nd chance and ordered it again. Snacks arrived within the delivery period and that was all, because they came cold, with withered and cold potatoes (not to mention that the quantity is very small), but, and mainly, there were wrong snacks with additional and paid items that did not come and with an item requested for withdraw that has not been withdrawn. Blend point also came wrong. I don't think it's value for money.
