Decepcionada com a falta de cuidados.
Sempre frequentei este lugar, principalmente qdo cantava o Russo Garcia.
Comida boa, ambiente gostoso, enfim...
Mas não existe zelo e cuidado por vidas.
Em plena onda de covid, Embu das Artes sendo uma região com grande incidência de casos, assim que a pandemia chegou, me deparo com garçons e atendentes sem máscaras ou com estas apenas na boca.
Mesas sem um vidro ou pote de álcool...
Se os cuidados não existem na nossa frente, o que acontece nos bastidores?
Precisei perguntar para a atendente se ela continuaria com a máscara no queixo.
É assim que um cliente é fidelizado?
Entendo e concordo que a vida continua e precisamos conviver com esta pandemia mas sem cuidados???

Disappointed with the lack of care.
I always frequented this place, mainly when I sang the Russo Garcia.
Good food, nice atmosphere, anyway...
But there is no zeal and care for lives.
In the midst of a wave of covid, Embu das Artes being a region with a high incidence of cases, as soon as the pandemic arrived, I came across waiters and attendants without masks or with masks only in their mouths.
Tables without a glass or jar of alcohol...
If care doesn't exist in front of us, what happens behind the scenes?
I had to ask the attendant if she would still have the mask on her chin.
Is this how a customer is retained?
I understand and agree that life goes on and we need to live with this pandemic but without care???
