I bought some products and one of them gave a problem .. I left it for exchange or repair and they asked me for 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima.. comprei uma persiana...não me entregaram o produto pedido porque não tinha, me ofereceram outro mais barato com a condição de me devolverem a diferença.. o que não aconteceu. E ainda me entregaram uma persiana toda mofada e fora do que combinamos . Sem contar que, o telefone não atende de jeito nenhum. Nao estão nem aí para os clientes. Triste.
My experience was terrible .. I bought a blind ... I was not given the requested product because it had not, I was offered another cheaper on the condition of giving back the difference .. which did not happen. And yet they gave me a moldy shutter and out of what we combined. Not to mention, the phone does not answer at all. They do not give a damn about customers. Sad.

Devolvi uma mercadoria quebrada em 15/05/20 e até agora não tive reembolso do meu cartão e nem retorno sobre a previsão. Enviei diversas mensagens e e-mails e sem resposta desde 27/05/20. Hoje é 24/06/20.
Tentando ver se a Magazine Luíza consegue resolver.
I do not recommend.
I returned a broken merchandise on 5/15/20 and so far I have not had a refund of my card or a return on the forecast. I sent several messages and e-mails without response since 27/05/20. Today is 06/24/20.
Trying to see if Magazine Luíza can solve it.

Terrible, I bought it through the Submarino, the blind arrived dented, more than 1 month later they came to remove it, without any warning, neglect, disorganization, I don't recommend it.
