★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pela Izabeli, pela recepcionista Camila muito simpática e prestativa, pela Dra Marcela, muito atenciosa e humana, não deixou nenhuma dúvida em relação às minhas lentes =). Porém é necessário colocar o nome da Clínica na frente, se possível!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai PAGOU por uma lente esférica para uma cirurgia e está a 2 meses aguardando, está praticamente cego e sofrendo muito. Ninguém fala o que está acontecendo, só respondem que ests aguardando a lente. Parece que estão fazendo um favor pra gente, sendo que meu pai PAGOU. Vamos ter que ir para meios jurídicos. Infelizmente não recomendo.

A Gabrieli foi muito amável e gentil. Bem humorada e bem educada. O doutor Renan foi bastante profissional na explicação o que me deu muita credibilidade e confiança no atendimento. Estão todos de parabéns.

Parabéns pelo teste que ela realizou em mim na clínica olhar...... não só fez o teste como explicou desde os cuidados dia a dia com os olhos e uso correto do uso de lentes de contato.....ela fez explicações de formas simples mas feitas com muito amor e carinho que durante 12 anos que faço uso da lente nunca tinha ouvido falar!!!!! Parabéns a está funcionária desta clínica !!!! Competência extraordinária ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da clínica não tenho o que reclamar....Mas o Dr Renan foi extremamente grosseiro como se estivesse de mal humor , e errou na minha receita , estarei pagando uma consulta particular para tirar a prova dos nove , ele errou em dezembro quando atendia em outra clínica e pelo jeito errou novamente agora em abril , estarei passando por um oftalmologista particular pois quero ver onde está o erro , o Dr Renan parece que não está trabalhando contente , foi bem mal educado comigo , uma pena , se eu for passar novamente aí na clínica não passarei mais com ele !
I have nothing to complain about the clinic....But Dr Renan was extremely rude as if he was in a bad mood, and he made a mistake with my prescription, I will be paying for a private consultation to take the test of nine, he was wrong in December when he attended another clinic and apparently it was wrong again now in April, I will be seeing a private ophthalmologist because I want to see where the error is, Dr Renan seems to be not working happy, he was very rude to me, a pity, if I go there again at the clinic I will not spend more with him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem fazer referências a nomes, mas sendo a primeira vez que passo nessa clínica eu fiquei muito surpreso positivamente em como eles são prestativos, educados e o quão bom é o atendimento.
E, no meu caso, foi super rápido, diferente de tantas outras clínicas em Jundiaí.
O ambiente é estéril, limpo, novo, muito agradável.
Eu espero que se mantenha assim, pois esses diferenciais são o que tornam a clínica tão boa
No mention of names, but being the first time I visit this clinic, I was positively surprised at how helpful, polite and how good the service is.
And, in my case, it was super fast, unlike so many other clinics in Jundiaí.
The environment is sterile, clean, new, very pleasant.
I hope it stays that way, because these differentials are what make the clinic so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento desde a primeira recepcionista até às atendentes do andar foi impecável, todas muito simpáticas, educadas e prestativas, o aspecto físico da clínica também me surpreendeu, tudo muito bem limpo e organizado em um ambiente muito agradável. Infelizmente não tenho a mesma avaliação e elogios para o médico que me atendeu Dr. Bruno, não foi atencioso, quando eu comecei a explicar os tratamentos que fazia ele toda hora grosseiramente me interrompia, dando entender que não estava interessado no que eu estava falando, porém eram informações pertinentes a minha visão e minha saúde.
The service from the first receptionist to the floor attendants was impeccable, all very friendly, polite and helpful, the physical aspect of the clinic also surprised me, everything very clean and organized in a very pleasant environment. Unfortunately I don't have the same evaluation and praise for the doctor who treated me Dr. Bruno was not attentive, when I started to explain the treatments I was doing, he rudely interrupted me, implying that he was not interested in what I was talking about, but it was information relevant to my vision and my health.
