★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem o prazo de entrega, colocam a culpa no motoboy dizendo que o lanche já saiu pra entrega mas ele não chega nunca! Não respondem o chat do ifood e colocam telefone fantasma no aplicativo. Consegui contato pq pesquisei no Google. Atendimento péssimo! Não peçam, vão se arrepender.
 They don't meet the delivery deadline, they blame the motoboy saying that the snack is already out for delivery but it never arrives! They don't answer ifood chat and put ghost phone in the app. I got in touch by searching on Google. Terrible service! Don't ask, you will regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já pedi 4x com eles. As duas primeiras vieram bem gostosos os lanches e com o prazo de entrega bem rápido. Já as ultimas duas vezes foi HORRÍVEL. Moro a menos de 5 minutos a pé do local, e demorou cerca de 1h30 as duas vezes. Teve uma vez que os lanches vieram errados e a ultima vez veio faltando os acompanhamentos. Pedi um de choripan e veio apenas a linguiça e o pão, veio sem queijo, sem maionese, tomate e outras acompanhamentos. Nao só nesse lanche mas os outros a mesma coisa, veio apenas o pão com o a parte principal do lanche, mas os acompanhamentos não vieram, ficando extremamente seco e sem sabor o lanche. Estão muito desorganizados com os lanches e no atendimento, do whatsapp. Que pena que a qualidade do lanche e do atendimento caiu bastante, tinha uma grande potencial para ser bom, mas do jeito que estão, fica difícil. Não recomendo mais
I already ordered 4x with them. The first two were very tasty snacks and with a very fast delivery time. The last two times it was HORRIBLE. I live less than 5 minutes walk from the place, and it took about 1h30 both times. There was a time when the snacks came wrong and the last time came missing the side dishes. I ordered a choripan and only the sausage and the bread came, it came without cheese, without mayonnaise, tomato and other side dishes. Not only for this snack, but for the others the same thing, only the bread came with the main part of the snack, but the sides did not come, the snack being extremely dry and without flavor. They are very disorganized with snacks and whatsapp service. It's a shame that the quality of the snack and the service dropped a lot, it had great potential to be good, but the way it is, it's difficult. I no longer recommend

Não cumprem o prazo de entrega, mentem dizendo que o pedido saiu quando na verdade nem havia sido preparado, não respondem às mensagens do app ou do Whats App, culpam o sistema ou o motoboy pelo atraso ...
Lamentável! Não recomendo mais!!
If it were for the flavor of the snacks I would give more stars, but the neglect and disrespect for the customer is so much that it is impossible. They don't meet the delivery deadline, lie saying that the order came out when in fact it hadn't even been prepared, they don't respond to messages from the app or Whats App, they blame the system or the courier for the delay...
Unfortunate! I can't recommend it anymore!!

Entrei em contato pelo chat do iFood para reportar e fui extremamente bem tratada pelo proprietário Fábio, que se disponibilizou a resolver da melhor forma. Excelente atendimento e ótima comida! Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é bom, mas eles pecam demais no atendimento. Ontem tentei novamente pedir pelo ifood (depois das últimas entregas serem realizadas com atraso), mas o descaso foi imenso. Depois de 10 min que já estava atrasados, contatei no chat falando que já estava atrasado. Na mesma hora, foi sinalizado que meu pedido saiu para entrega. Moro há 10 min do local. Depoia de 20 min de atrsado, entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp do restaurante, que me informou que já o motoboy ja havia realmente saído, mas que por conta da chuva estava atrasado. Depois de 30 min, falaram que estavam entrando em contato com o motoboy, mas sem resposta. 40 min, falaram que já estava chegando. 50 min sinalizei para cancelarem. 1h de atraso e o lanche chegou. Conversei com o motoboy, que disse que tinha acabado de sair de lá e disse que o restaurante sempre da essa desculpa e coloca a culpa do atraso no motoboy. Ou seja, liberaram no ifood dizendo que meu lanche já estava a caminho e com certeza ele não havia nem começado a ser preparado. Restaurante não assume as próprias falhas e ainda quer jogar a culpa no coitado do motoboy. Lamentável o descaso e desrespeito.

That is, they released it on ifood saying that my snack was on its way and it certainly hadn't even started to be prepared. Restaurant doesn't admit its own faults and still wants to blame the poor motoboy. Sorry for the neglect and disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanduíche realmente interessante. A carne e o queijo do recheio são bons, mas o que de fato chama atenção é o pão. Um camada amanteigada deixa a parte superior semelhante à um folheado, mas diferente. Recomendo provar, apesar do slogan "o melhor da cidade" ser bem exegerada.
Really interesting sandwich. The meat and cheese in the filling are good, but what really stands out is the bread. A buttery layer makes the top look like a veneer, but different. I recommend trying it, despite the slogan "the best in town" being quite exaggerated.
