★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços muito altos, os funcionários sem profissionalismo, quando vc chega com dúvidas, estão sempre rindo e conversando entre si com o celular na mão e não ligam pra o cliente que entra, trabalham de chinelo e com uma postura muito a desejar. Não dão atenção para quem entra e quem os cumprimentam. A médica é muito fria, nem olha na cara do animal. Não esclarece nada, eu tive que perguntar muito pra poder ter uma resposta clara sobre meu pet. Pensei que seria somente uma primeira impressão, mas fui lá várias vezes e é assim mesmo, o padrão da empresa é esse. Péssimo serviço. Espero que melhorem pq o crescimento é certo! Extremoz é uma cidade promissora. ;)

They do not pay attention to who enters and who greets them. The doctor is very cold, she doesn't even look at the animal's face. It doesn't clarify anything, I had to ask a lot to be able to have a clear answer about my pet. I thought it would only be a first impression, but I went there several times and it’s like that, the company’s standard is this. Poor service. I hope they improve because the growth is right! Extremoz is a promising city. ;)
