★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira experiência foi ruim a atendente nem me atendeu, ficou conversando mais de 20 minutos com um rapaz e nem se atentou que eu precisava somente de uma informação para ai eu decidir se pegava a senha de atendimento ou não, considerando que só tinha essa pessoa que papeava com ela na minha frente então desisti e fui embora.
The first experience was bad, the attendant didn't answer me, she spent more than 20 minutes talking to a guy and didn't even realize that I only needed information so I could decide whether to get the service password or not, considering that there was only this person who chatted with her in front of me so I gave up and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, levei um processador para fazer orçamento, demorou uma semana para me responder, e ainda fizeram avaliação errada....e mão de obra cara..... infelizmente nessa área temos poucas opções aqui na zona norte ... não recomendo...

Quando fui retirar a moça me falou que tinha trocado o copo, pra minha surpresa eles me devolverão o mesmo produto, Com o mesmo defeito. Mandei whats questionando e ninguém respondeu. NÃO RECOMENDO FUI ENGANADA
Guys, be careful, I took my product to be fixed, it was under warranty for several days and it was not fixed. When I went to pick it up, the girl told me that she had changed the glass, to my surprise they will return the same product, with the same defect. I sent whats asking and no one answered. DO NOT RECOMMEND I WAS FOOLED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já arrumei algumas ferramentas e eletrodomésticos aí mais essa avaliação foi pelo último serviço, onde levei um compressor de ar 24L para arrumar um vazamento em uma peça chamada cruzeta, a mesma peça é 60 reais na Internet mais como não sei estalar levei lá pra eles fazerem o serviço com a peça deles. Moral da história foi cobrado 230 reais, achei muito mais aprovei o orçamento pedido para dar um trato nos filtros e limpar o motor por cortesia e não foi feito. Nem sequer um pano foi passado. Da pra ver a preguiça do funcionário no acabamento e ainda veio vazando a cruzeta onde tive que passar veda rosca para parar. É mole isso.
I already got some tools and appliances there, but this evaluation was for the last service, where I took a 24L air compressor to fix a leak in a part called the crosshead, the same part is 60 reais on the Internet but as I don't know how to click I took it there for them to do service with their part. Moral of the story was charged 230 reais, I thought it was much more I approved the budget requested to give the filters a deal and clean the engine as a courtesy and it was not done. Not even a cloth was passed. You can see the laziness of the employee in the finish and the crosspiece still leaked where I had to put thread sealant to stop. That's soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bem melhor , demora no atendimento no orçamento preços já não se diferenciam de vc comprar um novo equipamento, ou consertar na autorizada
,te deixam na calçada esperando um orçamento demorado para só aí dizerem que não a conserto ou vc deixa o equipamento para depois de 15 dias úteis não te darem resposta alguma manda mensagem pelo watzap que não respondem vai até lá pega uma senha mesmo não tendo ninguém na espera aguarda mais um tempo e te falam não tem conserto .
Depois o negócio do cara fali e ele não sabe porque.
