★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido hoje de 20 esfihas de carne..Porém pra nossa decepção as esfihas estavam impossíveis de comer. A primeira mordida que eu dei já senti gosto de carne azeda, olhei pros meus pais e eles falaram que estava ruim. Liguei no restaurante pra informar o ocorrido e perguntar se alguém poderia buscar as esfihas pra verificar, e devolver meu dinheiro, ou enviar outras..mas a resposta foi que não houveram outras reclamações e que eu deveria abrir reclamação no aplicativo, que não poderiam fazer nada. Enfim, estávamos com fome, ficamos sem a esfiha , vou ter que esperar o aplicativo resolver um problema do restaurante.. Lamentável a postura, atendimento decepcionante.
 I ordered 20 meat sfihas today. However, to our disappointment, the sfihas were impossible to eat. The first bite I took I already tasted of sour meat, I looked at my parents and they said it was bad. I called the restaurant to report what happened and ask if anyone could get the esfihas to check, and return my money, or send others ... but the answer was that there were no other complaints and that I should file a complaint on the app, which they couldn't do anything. Anyway, we were hungry, we ran out of sfiha, I will have to wait for the app to solve a restaurant problem. Unfortunately, the attitude, disappointing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais, efetuei o pedido e o motoboy veio até a porta, deu baixa no sistema dele e foi embora, fui até o estabelecimento e expliquei a situação a responsável respondeu: O motoboy não e nosso (como assim vc não se responsabiliza pelas suas entregas?) Que dá próxima vez eu vá lá retirar no balcão ( se é pra retirar no balcão pq vc anuncia nós app) que eu teria que reclamar com o app e não com ela. Show de bola. Parabéns. Não recomendo para ninguém.
Agora eu que lute para receber Meu dinheiro de volta no app.

I bought it for the first time and found it excellent. Delivery did not take long despite distance. The megafogazzas were soooo tasty and well stuffed living up to the name. I will buy more often?❤?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente foi a minha pior compra no Uber Eats até agora. As esfihas de carne são super gordurosas e era imaginável a quantidade de óleo que saiam delas. Se alguém com problema no coração comer essas esfihas é caixão na certa.
Honestly, it was my worst Uber Eats purchase so far. The meat sfihas are super fatty and it was imaginable the amount of oil that comes out of them. If someone with a heart condition eats these sfihas it's a coffin for sure.

I bought a closed meat and pepperoni esfiha at Ifood, they came warm. I loved it too good and too delicious.
