Fizemos um pedido com antecedência e nos foi informado que o motoboy só começa a entregar entre 17:30 e 18 horas, as 18 hrs minha esposa ligou e perguntou sobre o pedido e lhe foi dito que estava pronto e saindo. Devolvemos o pedido as 19:10 hrs após mais 2 ligações cobrando o pedido, pois moramos próximo a loja. A surpresa foi receber a ligação do proprietário dizendo entre outras coisas pra nunca mais fazer pedido na loja dele, como se a esfiha dele fosse a única do bairro. Atendimento péssimo e não recomendo a ninguém. Pois no mínimo deveria tentar justificar o ocorrido, simplesmente se preocupou com o pedido cancelando e não com a insatisfação do cliente.
Replica: quanto a sua resposta, o pedido chegou às 19:10 hrs , apesar de 2 ligações cobrando o pedido. E a indignação foi após o nosso cancelamento, receber a ligação do proprietário, dizendo que nunca mais fizéssemos pedido em sua loja, com extrema falta de educação. Portanto o cupom de desconto deve ser usado para aulas de como tratar o cliente. Pois é disso que ele precisa.
Terrible experience, the products have nothing to complain about, but the owner's service is very bad. We placed an order in advance and were informed that the courier only starts delivering between 5:30 pm and 6 pm, at 6 pm my wife called and asked about the order and was told it was ready and leaving. We return the order at 19:10 hrs after 2 more calls charging the order, as we live close to the store. The surprise was receiving the call from the owner saying, among other things, never to order at his store again, as if his esfiha were the only one in the neighborhood. Terrible service and I don't recommend it to anyone. At the very least, he should try to justify what happened, he was simply concerned with the canceling order and not with the customer's dissatisfaction.

I ordered the falafel, cigar and esfiha snack combo. I thought the food was great, comes in a good amount and the price is good. It's really worth it!

Pequeno restaurante em um dos espaços do posto de gasolina.
Chegamos tarde, mesmo para um almoço de feriado e fomos muito bem atendidos. Pedimos o combo 5 (kafta, 4 esfirras e homus com pão árabe) e mais a porção de falafel.
A comida foi preparada na hora, tudo fresquinho e bem servidos.
É muita comida para duas pessoas, então levamos as esfirras pra casa e como
gostamos muito, ainda pedimos uma porção de charutos de repolho para levar para a família.
Há mesas para consumo na loja e também fazem entrega.
Recomendo para todos que gostam de comida árabe.

Small restaurant in one of the gas station spaces.
We arrived late, even for a holiday lunch and were very well attended. We ordered combo 5 (kafta, 4 sfirras and hummus with pita bread) plus the falafel portion.
The food was freshly prepared, all fresh and well served.
It's a lot of food for two people, so we take the sirras home and eat
we liked it a lot, we even ordered a bunch of cabbage cigars to take back to the family.
There are tables for consumption in the store and they also do delivery.
I recommend it to everyone who likes Arabic food.
