★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei o nome da pessoa "que resolve" problemas de entregas no Ifood, queria colocar aqui. Foi hoje, dia 20 de setembro 2020. Motoqueiro teve problema com pedido que abriu durante o percurso (ok, acontece). A pessoa desse local me ligou, e a única e exclusiva preocupação foi se eu tinha ou não recebido o produto. Ele não me perguntou se eu queria outro, ou qualquer outra coisa. Funcionários a maioria das vezes, são o espelho dos gestores. Acho que as pessoas responsáveis por esse estabelecimento, estão pouco se lixando para seus clientes.
