Recomendo de olhos fechados pra todos de BH. PARABÉNS AOS PROPRIETÁRIOS DAS UNIDADES DO BARREIRO E BELVEDERE.
I have always been well attended and deliveries made correctly on time. Not to mention the flavor of the cakes, there is no equal in Belo Horizonte. I fell in love from the first purchase. I recommend with my eyes closed to everyone in BH. CONGRATULATIONS TO OWNERS OF BARREIRO AND BELVEDERE UNITS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima... me indicaram esta casa para comprar o bolo simples de aniversário; liguei fiz a encomenda do bolo grande abacaxi com coco, a atende fez o registro do meu pedido juntamente com o número do telefone celular, me disse que ficaria pronto as 11 informei que este horário não poderia e perguntei que horas fechava aos sábados, me informou as 16:00 disse entao que buscaria até esse horário, depois das 12 até 16 chegaria e foi firme ao falar para chegar até as 15:50 pq fecham as 16 em ponto. Até ai td bem!! Ao buscar o bolo as 15:20 me surpreendo venderam meu bolo; disseram que me ligaram para confirmar a compra.. fato sem registro de qq ligação não atendida!! E venderam com a justificativa que não abre aos domingos e que se eu o pegasse perderiam o produto!! Como assim... ligo, encomendo bolo de aniversário, deixo meus contatos e vou ao local conforme combinado e venderam. EU POSSO FICAR NO PREJUÍZO!!TOTAL DESCASO E IRRESPONSABILIDADE DE TAL FRANQUIA!! Ainda bem que existem franquias como Boca do forno e Bolos da Madre que cumprem com os compromissos e respeitam seus clientes e ainda conseguem salvar comemorações..
Nao indico a ninguém.. do que adianta valor acessível com qualidade razoável e pior de tudo não marcarem com os compromissos!!

I was recommended this house to buy the simple birthday cake; I called I ordered the big pineapple cake with coconut, the attendant made the registration of my order together with the cell phone number, told me it would be ready at 11, I informed that this time could not and asked what time it closed on Saturdays, informed me at 16:00 he said then that he would search until that time, after 12 until 16 he would arrive and was firm when speaking to arrive until 15:50 because they close at 16 sharp. Thankfully, there are franchises like Boca do oven and Bolos da Madre that keep their commitments and respect their customers and still manage to save celebrations.
I do not recommend to anyone .. what good is affordable value with reasonable quality and worst of all do not make appointments with appointments !!
