★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minhas bicicletas e pedi para fazer uma revisão pois estavam parada há algum tempo. A pessoa que me atendeu deu uma olhada e me pergunta, o que voce quer fazer na bicicleta e eu respondo, uma revisão, lubrificação, ajuste de cambio.. e novamente sem paciência nenhuma a pessoa responde sem nenhuma cordialidade ou tato de venda que ia ver e me passava o orçamento. Me liga depois dizendo que a bicicleta esta pronta.. ou seja, não passou orçamento e saiu fazendo sabe-se lá o que na bicicleta. Não recomendo pela falta de profissionalismo, podia ter atendido e se fosse bem vendido o serviço faria sem problema, mas com esse relato que passo acima, não volto mais lá. Ao pegar a bicicleta, já vejo que aparentemente nada foi feito, todas sujas, correntes sem lubrificação, apenas instalaram as cestinhas e rodinha e uma bicicleta que pedi mas nada de lubrificar e limpar a bicicleta que era o que eu mais pedi. Não volto mais lá e aconselho , dependendo do que precisar procure outra bicicletaria.
I took my bikes and asked to do a review because they had been standing for some time. The person who attended me took a look and asked me, what do you want to do on the bike and I answer, a revision, lubrication, exchange adjustment .. and again without any patience the person responds without any cordiality or sales tact that was going see and gave me the budget. Call me later saying that the bike is ready .. that is, you did not spend a budget and left doing who knows what on the bike. I do not recommend it due to the lack of professionalism, I could have answered it and if it was well sold, the service would have done without a problem, but with this report that I step up, I will not go back there. When I took the bike, I can see that apparently nothing was done, all dirty, chains without lubrication, just installed the baskets and wheels and a bike I asked for but nothing to lubricate and clean the bike, which was what I asked for the most. I don't go back there and advise, depending on what you need, look for another bike shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade e sem compromisso com os compradores, peças de má qualidade e só estão preocupados em vender sem garantia do produto.Comprei uma bicicleta Rosa pra minha filha e paguei a vista em novembro de 2020 e minha filha teve um acidente pq alguns itens se soltarão da bicicleta,após a compra,tive q reparar toda a bicicleta novamente com peças novas e original, e no dia da compra me falaram q entregaria no mesmo dia e só foi entregue 3dias de pois,e a bike era pra ser rosa e me entregaram preta as 23:10hs da noite montada de qualquer jeito com pedaleira e freios soltos e parafusos espanados e mesmo após reclamar não me deu garantia colocando a culpa no funcionários sendo eles os responsáveis pela loja, minha avaliação e zero x 10
Poor quality service and no commitment to buyers, poor quality parts and are only concerned with selling without product warranty. I bought a pink bike for my daughter and paid the cash in November 2020 and my daughter had an accident because some items will get loose from the bike, after the purchase, I had to repair the whole bike again with new and original parts, and on the day of purchase I was told it would be delivered on the same day and it was only delivered 3 days after that, and the bike was supposed to be pink and I was handed black at 11:10 pm at night, assembled anyway with a crankset and loose brakes and dusted screws, and even after complaining, it didn't guarantee me putting the blame on the employees, they being responsible for the store, my evaluation and zero x 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, pra trocar 2 rodas tive que deixar de um dia pro outro e ainda deixaram desregulado as marchas pq o pneu estava pegando no trocador e nem me avisaram da situação, me empurraram duas rodas e dois pneus e ainda falaram q pra arrumar esse problema teria que tocar uma outra peça, em fim, pra resolver meu problema tive que levar a bike em outra bicicletaria.
Terrible service, to change 2 wheels I had to leave it overnight and they still left the gears out of adjustment because the tire was picking up in the exchanger and they didn't even warn me about the situation, they pushed me two wheels and two tires and even told me to fix this problem I would have to touch another part, in the end, to solve my problem I had to take the bike to another bike shop.
