They do not answer the phone, they are not responsible for giving information to people who have booked through the website. Site scheduling without correct information such as: location and time and changes in attendance due to pandemic. Simply sad!

No dia agendado fui a subseção e me deparei com as portas fechadas, um sulfite impresso informando que os atendimentos seriam por whats e pior, você manda as msgs para o número e as msgs não chegam com se o telefone estivesse desligado.

I made my appointment through the site normally.
On the scheduled day I went to the subsection and found the doors closed, a printed sheet informing that the calls would be for whats and worse, you send the msgs to the number and the msgs do not arrive if the phone was turned off.
