★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem dia 24 de outubro de 2021 o atendimento demorou 1 hora e 15 minutos de atraso e o atendimento com o grupo de 33 pessoas em especial, foi horrível. Na sexta-feira quando embarcamos para Ilha tivemos atendimento decente. Crianças tinham que ir ocupando acento e no retorno, elas podiam vir no colo dos pais, para caber mais passageiros. Confuso isso né?
Yesterday, October 24, 2021, the service took 1 hour and 15 minutes late and the service with the group of 33 people in particular was horrible. On Friday, when we left for Ilha, we had decent service. Children had to occupy a seat and on the return, they could come on their parents' laps, to accommodate more passengers. Confused, right?

Infraestrutura da lancha bem legal, e possui um "cooler" com gelo fornecido pela empresa, que você pode levar suas bebidas.
Os marinheiros são muito prestativos.
Contras:
Atendimento no quiosque da ilha é péssimo, tem uma mulher no balcão super mal humorada.
Vendem o pacote com parada em determinadas ilhas, mas depois os marinheiros informam que a parada nelas dependem de muitos fatores, como por exemplo a parada na praia da feiticeira que não aconteceu.
O almoço é no saco do céu, e o lugar fede esgoto.(foto)
Pros:
The infrastructure of the speedboat is very cool, and it has a "cooler" with ice provided by the company, where you can take your drinks.
The sailors are very helpful.
Cons:
Service at the kiosk on the island is terrible, there is a woman at the counter who is super grumpy.
They sell the package with stops on certain islands, but then the sailors inform that the stop on them depends on many factors, such as the stop at the witch's beach that did not happen.

DO NOT TRAVEL WITH OBJECTIVA!
It’s been the worst traveling experience I’ve ever had. We got 5 hours late, ripped off, HAD TO BUY ANOTHER TICKET and service was horrible. Not just that they stole money from us, but they ruined our whole day. Companies like these shouldn’t exist.
On the way to Ilha Grande we went with Green Toad Bus. It’s a little bit more expensive, but totally worth it! Clean and nice busses, on time and nice greeting - like it should be.
Objetiva Travel is the definition of companies that only care about money and not their costumers! Could I give it a 0 a would - 1 is a complement!
