CORRAM DESSA EMPRESA! FUJAM DESSA EMPRESA!! São desorganizados, desonestos e negligentes! Comprei um translado de Ilha Grande para Conceição de Jacareí para o último horário (18h30min). Isso ontem, no dia 31.03.2019. Eles simplesmente venderam tickets além da capacidade o que ocasionou: 1. Atraso de 50 minutos na partida; 2. Superlotação da embarcação (ultrapassou em mais de 10 passageiro a capacidade máxima de 40); 3. Tiverem que chamar um piloto que estava de folga. O piloto, ao chegar, afirmou que estava em um churrasco e bebendo. Aliás, era evidente que estava embrigadado. Ao final da viagem, foi abordado por um dos passageiros que era Oficial da Marinha pedindo sua "Arrais Amador" (acho que foi isso). Logo ele ficou revoltado e falou que o referido Oficial era um "animal". O clima esquentou, mas nisso o barco já estava atracando em Conceição de Jacareí. Todos os passageiros desceram com pressa, pois a situação estava prestes a explodir. 4. Cabe destacar que, antes de sair da Ilha, tentei fazer contato com a Capitania dos Portos, mas ninguém atendeu. Também não puder deixar de embarcar porque era a última partida da Ilha para o continente e no dia seguinte teria que trabalhar. EVITEM A TODO CUSTO ESSA EMPRESA.
RUN FROM THAT COMPANY! COME FROM THAT COMPANY !! They are disorganized, dishonest and negligent! I bought a transfer from Ilha Grande to Conceição de Jacareí for the last hour (18h30min). That yesterday, on 03.33.2019. They simply sold tickets beyond capacity that they caused: 1. Delay of 50 minutes on departure; 2. Overcrowding of the vessel (exceeding by more than 10 passengers the maximum capacity of 40); 3. They had to call a pilot who was off duty. The pilot, on arrival, said he was at a barbecue and drinking. In fact, it was obvious that he was stranded. At the end of the trip, he was approached by one of the passengers who was a Navy Officer requesting his "Arrais Amador" (I think that was it). Soon he was disgusted and said that the said Officer was an "animal." The weather warmed, but in that the boat was already docking in Conceição de Jacareí. All the passengers went down in a hurry, as the situation was about to explode. 4. It should be noted that, before leaving the Island, I tried to make contact with the Captaincy of the Ports, but no one answered. Also, he could not leave because he was the last departure from the Island to the mainland and the next day he had to work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY.

O site informa um preço. Na hora de comprar é outro. Preços abusivos por conta da falta de concorrência. As três empresas que fazem o translado por lancha rápido se uniram em cartel... Ninguém fiscaliza e fica por isso mesmo!
The website reports a price. When buying is another. Abusive prices due to lack of competition. The three companies that make the transfer by speedboat have joined together in cartel ... Nobody inspects and stays for that very reason!

Em 02/01/2021 peguei o transporte de Conceição do Jacareí para Ilha Grande. Chovia bastante e pelo tamanho das minhas malas não era possível acomodar-las nas cadeiras e elas foram colocadas pela tripulação na proa. Como chovia bastante, somente fui perceber que a mala de policarbonato veio encharcada com cheiro de combustível quando a abri na pousada. A água passou para o interior da mala através do zíper e molhou grande parte das roupas com cheiro de combustível. Resultado: tive que mandar lavar todas minhas roupas na lavanderia. Seria bom se a tripulação tivesse mais cuidado com a bagagem dos passageiros, pois afinal não está apenas transportando passageiros mas também a bagagem dos passageiros!!!
On 02/01/2021 I took the transport from Conceição do Jacareí to Ilha Grande. It rained a lot and due to the size of my bags it was not possible to accommodate them on the chairs and they were placed by the crew in the bow. As it rained a lot, I only realized that the polycarbonate suitcase came drenched with the smell of fuel when I opened it at the inn. The water passed into the suitcase through the zipper and wet most of the clothes with the smell of fuel. Result: I had to have all my clothes washed in the laundry. It would be good if the crew were more careful with passengers 'luggage, because after all it is not only carrying passengers but also passengers' luggage !!!

Fomos a esta agencia totalmente no escuro, sem qualquer indicação ou lugar para se ter uma dica. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Well e o passeio feito com o Rafael que foi extremamente gentil e não se limitou a nos levar nos locais designados, explicando e parando em alguns pontos interessantes.
We went to this agency totally in the dark, without any indication or place to have a tip. We were very well received by Well and the tour made with Rafael who was extremely kind and did not just take us to the designated places, explaining and stopping at some interesting points.

Usei os serviços da Vila Nova Tour para o transfer de Conceição de Jacareí X Ilha Grande x Conceição do Jacareí em 12/10 e 15/10. A qualidade do serviço foi péssima pelas seguintes razões: 1. pagamos R$40,00 por trajeto individual e, posteriormente, descobrimos que os preços praticados divergiam segundo o cliente. Na volta, descobri pessoas que tinham pago R$25,00 e até R$20,00 (turistas como nós e para o mesmo período; 2. as filas para entrada nos barcos são indescritivelmente desorganizadas (em especial quando comparadas às de outras empresas) e os funcionários da Vila Nova Tour são despreparados e negligentes; 3. a empresa vende passagens sem garantir vagas para todos, o que fez com que tivéssemos que enfrentar um atraso de 45 minutos no retorno a Conceição do Jacareí; e 4. a empresa também demonstrou descaso com a segurança do traslado, já que nosso barco saiu de Ilha Grande com passageiros além da capacidade. Nunca mais!
I used the services of Vila Nova Tour for the transfer from Conceição de Jacareí X Ilha Grande x Conceição do Jacareí on 10/12 and 15/10. The quality of the service was terrible for the following reasons: 1. We paid R $ 40.00 per individual route and, later, we found that the prices charged differed according to the customer. On the way back, I discovered people who had paid R $ 25.00 and up to R $ 20.00 (tourists like us and for the same period; 2. the lines for entering the boats are indescribably disorganized (especially when compared to those of other companies) and Vila Nova Tour employees are unprepared and negligent; 3. the company sells tickets without guaranteeing places for everyone, which meant that we had to face a 45-minute delay in returning to Conceição do Jacareí; and 4. the company also demonstrated disregard for the safety of the transfer, since our boat left Ilha Grande with passengers beyond capacity. Never again!

Fomos passear de lancha em ilha grande pra fazer o passeio das ilhas paradisíacas e tivemos o desprazer do marinheiro ser o Elias com apelido de "Jacare" que tratou todos o tempo todo muito mal. Gritou, ameaçou e conduziu o barco de forma imprudente. Além de ter cortado uma ilha do passeio por conta própria. E quando perguntamos ele falou pra reclamar na agência e não com ele. Estou no aguardo do nome completo e carteira marítima desse "profissional". Nao recomendo Vila Nova Tour, pois pelo visto contratam "profissionais" péssimos e que coloca a a vida dos clientes em risco.
We went for a speedboat ride on a large island to tour the paradisiacal islands and we had the displeasure of the sailor being Elias with the nickname "Jacare" who treated everyone very badly all the time. He yelled, threatened and steered the boat recklessly. In addition to having cut an island off the tour on its own. And when we asked, he said to complain to the agency and not to him. I'm waiting for the full name and maritime license of this "professional". I do not recommend Vila Nova Tour, because apparently they hire terrible "professionals" and that puts the lives of customers at risk.

NEVER book a boat transfer with Vila Nova Tour !!!! These are the biggest scammers of Brazil! They charge you double the price to bring you to Ilha Grande for 20 minutes. They lie you can buy tickets only from them "with a discount" (while you pay double in the end of the day). Shame for whole Brazil that such a company exists. Never ever Vila Nova Tour!

In short: Avoid this agency at all cost. We booked a transfer from Ilha Grande to Paraty and faced 1.30h delay and nobody to explain what was happening and what to expect. We felt completely on our own and misguided. Try to book directly with EasyTransfer, it's the company that actually manages the boats and vans. The other agencies in the island are just resellers that add confusion and make things unnecessarily worse, at least in the case of Vila Nova Tours. Long story: 1. After we paid for the transfer from Ilha Grande to Paraty, we got a printed ticket with the wrong trip date. It was for a day before our actual purchase date (as in: happening in the past). The sales guy -Thiago- amended it by hand writing with a pen the proper date & time, and said we should look for the "EasyTransfer girl" in the pier at the time of departure. Also the price in the ticket didn't match what we paid (we paid $95 x 2 but he gave us tickets of $100 and $90). 2. We were at the pier at the time of departure. 20min past due and nothing. The girl from EasyTransfer (named Sol) appears and says "your ticket is not confirmed, I will check" and she keeps checking in other passengers into an EasyTransfer boat. 5 minutes passed and we ask her what's happening and she says "I will confirm your ticket" and leaves again, keeps checking in other passengers. A guy from Vila Nova (named Erico) appears and checks us in into a different boat named "Vila Nova I", the captain looks at our ticket with confusion and finally lets us in. 30min delay at this point. 3. We got to land, where we were supposed to get a van, and we are totally left on our own. We had to ask the boat captain before he disappeared in the water, he pointed us to the Vila Nova agency office on land. We went there, and were told to go to another agency 200m afar. We finally got to that agency, only to learn that nobody knew anything, and did not speak Spanish or English at all. They told us to wait, with no estimate or real intention to make us understand what was happening. Finally a guy came and told us to literally "wait until a guide passes by the agency with a group of people, then join the group, which will go to the vans". 4. After 30min waiting, a guide (the same girl from EasyTransfer that was in Ilha Grande) + group of people appear. She grabs our ticket, says again that our ticket is not confirmed and that she'll get a car (?) for us, that we should keep waiting in the agency. Herself and the group that was with her leaves (to the vans, I guess) and we are left alone again in the agency. I ran and asked her to give our ticket back -it was the only evidence of purchase that I had- and she refused ("no, this is mine") and disappeared in the distance with the group. 5. After 20min waiting, she appears again and starts sending other people that had just arrived to the agency, to the vans. Absolutely no communication to us, we were standing there while other people were getting their vans. I went to her and explained that we were waiting for 50mins already. She said a taxi is coming, that we should keep waiting. 6. Finally after 60min of wait, a taxi came and took us to Paraty. Felipe, a private taxi driver, was the first and only person to say "I'm sorry for what has happened." He explained there has been a problem with EasyTransfer and that this (a taxi) was an emergency solution. Great service from Felipe - the only person not from any of the involved agencies.
