★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro do lado do shopping vila Olímpia a quase 3 anos e uso óculos... então já fui em todas as óticas do shopping ... já comprei 2 óculos de grau nessa ótica que por aqui perto e a mais cara e com o pior
Serviço dependendo de quem de atende e se vc esta lá pra comprar, se estiver precisando de outra coisa o serviço e PÉSSIMO!... comprei 2 óculos idênticos que foram 650 reais por memória não lembro ... os pinos que levantam a ponte do óculos que senta mo nariz caem com frequência (acontece, normal) porem às vezes o pino que sai se perde... agora toda ótica vai e dar varios pinos reservas e tal ... essa ótica não ... se quiser São $40 por pino!!!!! Tem que pedir e esperar chegar... qualquer outra ótica do shopping voce passa lá com o óculos que voce comprou na ótica e eles te fornecem 2 ou 3 pinos... mas essa super chique e super cara só te da bom serviço na compra ... depois querem que voce fique longe até o dia que precisar de um óculos novo! Só que nesse dia eu vou em uma das 4 ou 5 outras óticas no mesmo shopping ou em 4 ou 5 óticas no shopping JK que fica a um quarteirão e compro lá! Essa Occhialeria na verdade é uma otica popular tipo ótica Gassi mas que vendem alguns modelos da Tom Ford de 2 3 anos atrás com um mark up astronômico pra troxa que não sabe melhor ... e isso!
I've lived next door to the Vila Olímpia shopping mall for almost 3 years and I wear glasses... so I've been to all the optics in the mall ... I've already bought 2 eyeglasses in this optic that around here is the most expensive and with the worst
Service depending on who answers and if you are there to buy, if you need something else the service is TERRIBLE!... I bought 2 identical glasses that were 650 reais per memory I don't remember... the pins that raise the bridge of the glasses that sit on the nose often fall off (it happens, normal) but sometimes the pin that comes out is lost... now all optics go and give several spare pins and such... not this optic... if you want It's $40 per pin!!!!! You have to ask and wait for it to arrive... any other optics in the mall you can go there with the glasses you bought at the optics and they provide you with 2 or 3 pins... but this super chic and super expensive only gives you good service when buying ...then they want you to stay away until the day you need new glasses! Only that day I go to one of the 4 or 5 other optics in the same mall or 4 or 5 optics in the JK mall which is a block away and buy there! This Occhialeria is actually a popular optics like Gassi optics but they sell some models of Tom Ford from 2 3 years ago with an astronomical mark up for suckers that don't taste better... and that's it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra e depois que paguei demorou 40 minutos para conseguirem emitir a nota. 1 semana depois ligaram e falaram que nao iriam conseguir entregar a lente na cor que me venderam. Tive que voltar a loja para cancelar a compra, e mais um chá de cadeira.
I made a purchase and after I paid it took 40 minutes to get the note. 1 week later they called and said they couldn't deliver the lens in the color they sold me. I had to go back to the store to cancel the purchase, and another chair tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à loja na terça, 23/07. Andei a loja toda e tive que chegar até o balcão e pedir auxilio da vendedora que estava vendo algo em seu celular. Ela me mostrou os óculos trocando mensagem do começo ao fim do meu atendimento. Gostei de um óculos, pedi para guardar que voltaria para buscar. Voltei dia 24/07 para compra e os óculos não estavam guardados como ela havia prometido. Pior é que quem me atendeu é a gerente da loja do Shopping Vila Olímpia, ou seja, se a gerente atende assim, imagina os subordinados a ela. De nada adianta ter uma loja que só vende óculos caro se quem oferece não esta à altura.
I went to the store on Tuesday, July 23. I walked the whole store and had to reach the counter and ask for help from the saleswoman who was seeing something on her cell phone. She showed me the glasses exchanging messages from the beginning to the end of my service. I liked a pair of glasses, I asked to keep them coming back. I returned on July 7 to purchase and the glasses were not stored as she had promised. Worse, the person who answered me is the manager of the Shopping Vila Olímpia store, that is, if the manager attends it, she imagines the subordinates to her. It's no use having a store that only sells expensive glasses if the offers are not up to par.

No final ate trocaram o modelo e eu estou super satisfeita, e ate comprei outro oculos de reserva!! A Patricia do shopping V Olimpia sempre me atendeu com muito bem e o sr que fica na loja do Analia Franco tambem! Super recomendo essa loja!!!
I bought an eyeglass almost a year ago and the model didn't fit me. Several times we had to adjust, but each time I was very well attended! In the end they even changed the model and I'm super satisfied, and even bought another reserve glasses !! Patricia from the V Olimpia shopping center has always served me very well and you are at Analia Franco's store too! Super recommend this store !!!
