Pedi para guardar as mercadorias por 5 dias; pois dei a certeza de resolver, mas infelizmente ñ tiveram a consideração devida. Liguei dias antes para confirmar q pegaria as compras e a pessoa responsável gritou de lá: já devolvi à loja. Fiquei na mão. Perdeu a cliente!
Great service; but do not have much consideration for customers. I was a customer for many years, until I had a problem with my credit card, which was cloned. I asked to keep the goods for 5 days; because I was sure to resolve, but unfortunately ñ they did not have due consideration. I called days before to confirm that I would pick up the purchases and the person in charge shouted from there: I have already returned to the store. I stayed at hand. Lost the customer!
