★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há um anos tive o prazer de conhecer a funcionária Úrsula que era uma das funcionárias desta Imobiliária, empresa que hoje se chama LRM, e foi prazeroso, assim como o corretor Aron, ambos excelentes profissionais e que respeitam o cliente. Após fechar o contrato, meu contato começou a ser com uma senhora chamada Paula Adriana, que se dizia ser a dona da Imobiliária e cuidava de toda a parte de locação. O terror começou ae, pois se trata de uma profissional desrespeitosa e mal educada. Mas como bom cliente, que sempre fui, aguentei até o limite da paciência do ser humano. Ao entrar no apartamento localizado no Edificio Enjoy no bairro de São Francisco, essa senhora me enviou um Laudo de Vistoria a qual eu questionei diversas coisas, e como sempre fiz com ela, pois se você permitir ela te impõem as coisas e a vida que segue, então se você é inquilino e lida com essa senhora, ATENÇÃO, fica a dica. Ao final de um ano de contrato, ela nem sabia quando vencia, fui avisar sobre o vencimento, isso mesmo, eu avisei, e ae começou o inferno. Eu quis negociar o aluguel e avisei ela que iria mandar uma carta ao proprietário, essa senhora petulante fez o seguinte: no dia seguinte ao comunicado ela me chama no whatssap e diz que o proprietário firmou o reajuste em tanto e que eu deveria agradecer, pois se fosse pelo IGPM seria muito maior, concordo, mas agradecer a quem, trabalho dia e noite para pagar os 10% que essa criatura desestruturada recebe e ainda os meu deveres como inquilino. Final da história: por causa dela eu não renovei e hoje estou em um aluguel maravilhoso, acho que foi livramento e claro, descobri que ela não fala com o proprietário sobre as suas questões, então exija na hora da renovação e se você for negociar que ela lhe apresente a resposta do proprietário por email, deixe tudo registrado.

End of story: because of her I didn't renew and today I'm in a wonderful lease, I think it was deliverance and of course, I found out that she doesn't talk to the owner about her issues, so demand at the time of the renovation and if you're going to negotiate that she gives you the owner's response by email, leave it all on the record.
