★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima acessoria, tive meu imóvel alugado por 2 anos, cobrei diversas vezes o comprovante de pagamento dos condomínios, por fim, descobriram que o mesmo estava quase 6 meses sem pagar. Obrigam o Inquilino a fazer o seguro com a segurada escolhida por eles, que custa mais que o dobro das do mercado. Em 2018 fechei 275 reais, em 2017 meu antigo inquilino pagou mais de 700.
Depois de 2 anos, descobri que a taxa anual dos bombeiros e o fundo de reserva não foram cobradas ao inquilino, ou seja, totalmente inexperientes.
Não fizeram o básico do básico, demoravam com o retorno de tudo que eu pedia, nada organizados com emails e os processos internos (os que tive contato), os mesmos centralizados em uma pessoa e ninguém mais resolvia algo.
Very bad accessory, I had my property rented for 2 years, I covered the condominium payment receipt several times, finally, they found that it was almost 6 months without paying. They oblige the Tenant to take out insurance with the policyholder chosen by them, which costs more than twice as much as in the market. In 2018 I closed 275 reais, in 2017 my former tenant paid more than 700.
After 2 years, I found that the annual fee for firefighters and the reserve fund were not charged to the tenant, that is, totally inexperienced.
They did not do the basics of the basics, they took a long time to return everything I asked for, nothing organized with emails and internal processes (the ones I had contact with), the same centered on one person and nobody else solved something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsaveis. Desde maio de 2018 que findei um contrato de locaçao com essa imobiliária, onde o imovel foi novamente alugado e a conta de luz ate hj nao foi tirado do nome de meu esposo. Ja liguei varias vezes para que eles resolvam o problema e alem de nao nos retornar nao resolvem. O novo locador não pagou a divida pertinente a 07/2019 a 12/2019 e o meu marido que esta sendo cobrado. Tenho carta emitida pela ENEL para comprovar o que falo e ja tentei várias vezes falar com essa Imobiliaria.
A divida de 2019 NÃO é NOSSA e quando entreguei o imovel ( maio de 2018) foi tudo DEVIDAMENTE QUITADO E ENTREGUE a essa imobiliaria.
Irresponsible. Since May 2018 I signed a lease with this real estate company, where the property was rented again and the electricity bill until today has not been removed from my husband's name. I have already called several times for them to solve the problem and besides not returning to us they do not solve it. The new landlord did not pay the relevant debt from 07/2019 to 12/2019 and my husband is being charged. I have a letter issued by ENEL to prove what I am talking about and I have tried several times to talk to this Real Estate Agent.
The 2019 debt is NOT OUR and when I handed over the property (May 2018) it was all PROPERLY PAID AND DELIVERED to this property.
