★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um óculos no Shopping Iguatemi de Rib Preto SP. Fui muito bem atendido. Quando cheguei em casa constatei que uma das duas lentes do óculos estava com um pequeno defeito na qual passou imperceptível no momento da compra. Liguei na loja informei o ocorrido e a gerente PRONTAMENTE pediu outra peça junto ao distribuidor após verificar se naquela “rede” da ocularium havia outra peça do mesmo modelo. Fiquei surpreso com o profissionalismo e a seriedade com que eles “cuidam” dos seus clientes.
Vale muito pena ser cliente de uma loja tão séria como essa.
Aproveito, oportunamente, pra lhe informar que a OTICA Ocularium trata-se de uma loja muito bem equipada, uma grande variedade de óculos de sol. Eu já era cliente dessa rede e agora com esse tratamento, sem dúvidas o prestígio pela mesma só aumentou.

 I bought glasses at Shopping Iguatemi in Rib Preto SP. I was very well attended. When I got home I noticed that one of the two lenses of the glasses had a small defect in which it went unnoticed at the time of purchase. I called the store and informed them what happened and the manager promptly asked for another piece from the distributor after checking if that “chain” of the ocularium had another piece of the same model. I was surprised by the professionalism and the seriousness with which they “take care” of their customers.
It is very worthwhile to be a customer of a store as serious as this one.
I take this opportunity to inform you that OTICA Ocularium is a very well equipped store, with a wide variety of sunglasses. I was already a customer of this chain and now with this treatment, without a doubt the prestige for it has only increased.
