★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa sem responsabilidade. No dia 21 de maio 2020 (quinta feira) liguei agendando a consulta para o dia 25 de maio (segunda feira). Mandaram mensagem no Domingo 21:30 pedindo a confirmação da consulta. Confesso que achei estranho pelo horário mas confirmei. Na segunda feira mandaram mensagem 1hora antes da consulta desmarcando, respondi ontem vocês mandaram mensagem pedindo minha confirmação e agora cancela a consulta que foi marcada para as 16hs. Simplesmente alegaram devido a antecipação do feriado não iriam abrir. Um descaso inaceitável!
A company without responsibility. On May 21, 2020 (Thursday) I called, scheduling the appointment for May 25 (Monday). They sent a message on Sunday 21:30 asking for the confirmation of the consultation. I confess that I found it strange by the time but confirmed it. On Monday they sent a message 1 hour before the appointment clearing, I replied yesterday you sent a message asking for my confirmation and now cancels the appointment that was scheduled for 4pm. They simply claimed due to the anticipation of the holiday they would not open. An unacceptable disregard!
