★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No momento péssimo. Muito demorado na marcação de consulta ..a cada retorno mais de um para marcar ..muito ruim.o responsável pelo local muito mao educado. Para cada consulta demora muito para marca. Leva mais de quinze dias. Tem que ter paciência. E sossego. São muito devagar.e também os preços fora do padrão brasileiro .Além de caro você tem que ter paciência .Começa num ano e termina no outro. Eu gostaria de dar 0 estrela mais não tem. Péssimos .Horrível ..nao vem nesse lugar.
At the bad time. It took a long time to make an appointment ..each return more than one to make an appointment ..very bad.the person in charge of the place was very rude. For each query it takes a long time to tag. It takes more than fifteen days. You have to be patient. And calm. They are very slow. And the prices are outside the Brazilian standard. Besides being expensive, you have to be patient. It starts in one year and ends in the next. I would like to give 0 stars but I don't. Terrible .Horrible ..don't come to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Você agenda uma avaliação pelo telefone ou seja no meu caso e chegando lá, avisam que não vai atender. Sendo que a clínica fica aberta até às 20h da noite.Não recomendo de jeito nenhum. Muita falta de respeito com o ser humano. Lembrando que é particular não é de graça. Muito pouco caso. Não recomendo.
Terrible attendance. You schedule an evaluation over the phone, or in my case, and when you get there, they tell you that you won't answer. The clinic is open until 8 pm. I do not recommend it at all. Much lack of respect for human beings. Remembering that it is private is not free. Very little case. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou deixar aqui minha indignação pelo péssimo atendimento a minha mãe, uma senhora de 76 anos. Hoje ela esteve lá para uma avaliação com hora marcada. Ficou 45 minutos esperando....quem chegou depois foi atendido. Ela, mesmo com esta idade, grupo de risco para Covid, foi deixada de lado sem a minima explicaçao...Minha mãe se levantou, após os 45 min e foi embora. Total falta de respeito a ela e as regras sanitárias para com as pessoas do grupo de risco.
RESPOSTA AO ATENDIMENTO: Informo que a ODONTOCLINIC entrou em contato com minha mãe, esclarecendo o ocorrido, marcando nova avaliação. Desta vez o atendimento foi correto, atencioso e profissional como deve ser. Agradeço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é prestado de forma correta. Porém, as agendas são escassas. Há necessidade de se adaptar a clínica. E em caso de emergências, poderá te deixar na mão. Em casos de contratos longos, tratamentos de cáries, sugiro verificar a disponibilidade com outras clínicas também. Porém, se você tiver tempo, pode ser que tenha menos problemas
Service is provided correctly. However, agendas are scarce. There is a need to adapt to the clinic. And in case of emergencies, it can leave you in hand. In cases of long contracts, caries treatments, I suggest checking availability with other clinics as well. However, if you have the time, you may have fewer problems.

Recepcionista mal educada e fazendo pouco caso das minhas necessidades enquanto cliente. Atrasos no atendimento que passam 1h de espera. Em geral o atendimento é péssimo.
Não consegui nem seguir o tratamento com o profissional da minha escolha e os dentistas parecem também não se importarem.
Eu não indico nem pro meu pior inimigo.
Valorize seu dinheiro.
The worst paid service I've ever had.
Rude receptionist and disregarding my needs as a customer. Delays in service that exceed 1 hour on hold. In general the service is bad.
I couldn't even follow the treatment with the professional of my choice and the dentists don't seem to care either.
I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
