★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Eu fiz um contrato para o aparelho estético e quando fui iniciar o tratamento disseram que não era indicado para o meu caso.
Primeira sugestão pela equipe foi aumentar o valor do pacote, não concordei. Para o cancelamento eu precisaria pagar multa de quebra de contrato, também não concordei. Estou com essa pendencia em meu CPF de uma má avaliação da equipe.
Estou entrando em contato e irei procurar meus direitos. Não indico para ninguém esse lugar.
Terrible! I made a contract for the aesthetic device and when I started the treatment they said it was not suitable for my case.
First suggestion by the team was to increase the value of the package, I did not agree. For cancellation I would need to pay a fine for breach of contract, I didn't agree either. I have this pending in my CPF of a bad evaluation of the team.
I'm getting in touch and will look for my rights. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Tinha consulta na data de hoje 14/04 as 16h, cheguei atrasada cheguei as 16:20 e não pude ser atendida, sendo que tinha os 15 minutos de tolerância e atrasei 5!! Ok estava atrasada, porém não seria atendida de forma alguma as 16, nem tão pouco as 16:30! Pois depois que cheguei já sendo umas 16:40 saiu a paciente que estava no agendamento da minha frente! Ok cheguei atrasada estava no Aricanduva paguei um absurdo de uber para chegar no horário, e não consegui ser atendida. Então fui agendar a próxima data, surpresa não tem agenda para dia 28/04 tudo cheio. Só consegui agenda para dia 05/05.
Algo estranho, já paguei todo o tratamento, só tive 1 consultas e não consigo agenda nunca!! Creio que precisem melhorar isto, pois a nota de satisfação será de ruim para péssima!! Isso muito me preocupa. Fico no aguardo

I am extremely upset with the service of this clinic!!
I had an appointment today, 04/14 at 4 pm, I arrived late at 4:20 pm and could not be attended, since I had 15 minutes of tolerance and I was 5 minutes late!! Ok, I was late, but I wouldn't be answered at 16:00, not even at 16:30! Well, after I arrived around 16:40, the patient who was in the appointment in front of me left! Ok I was late I was at Aricanduva I paid an uber absurdity to arrive on time, and I couldn't be answered. So I went to schedule the next date, surprise, there's no schedule for the 28/04th, everything is full. I only got an appointment for the 05/05th.
Something strange, I already paid for all the treatment, I only had 1 appointments and I can't schedule it ever!! I think they need to improve this, because the satisfaction rating will go from bad to very bad!! This worries me a lot. I'm waiting
