Fui muito bem recepcionado pela equipe de alta qualidade e formação... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima estrutura e excelente atendimento por parte de alguns profissionais, sobre os serviços ainda não posso opinar por conta do péssimo atendimento de RECEPÇÃO , uma vez que a demora para marcar um atendimento por whatsapp é terrivel!!! Simplesmente não respondem as msgs ou demoraram em demasia. Coisa de horas p responder somente para agendar um atendimento! Por isso não cabe uma avaliação 100%. Fica uma sugestão para o pessoal do atendimento, a função do whatsapp é justamente otimizar a comunicação, para evitar ligações demoradas. Ah e diante disso uma sugestão pra quem procura a clinica ou liga ou marca pessoalmente whatsapp não ta legal la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de passar na loja para confirmar a data do meu próximo atendimento, e a recepcionista que lá estava, me informou uma nova data, ou seja, se eu não passo pra confirmar não saberia da nova data pois até o momento não recebi mensagem. Já informei na unidade meu descontentamento, pois não adianta, o sistema é desorganizado, ninguém sabe nada. O atendimento da recepção é péssimo a impressão que se tem é que são orientadas a fazer cara de paisagem quando não se sabe informar ou deboche! Péssimo atendimento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio fui fazer uma avaliação pois, meu dente havia quebrado.Feito á avaliação, por uma pessoa o serviço prestado seria canal é bloco. No dia marcado para iniciar o procedimento, já anestesiada, já pago o serviço anteriormente, mudou o serviço, a pessoa que iria realizar o procedimento, orientou que, não tinha condição de fazer o canal é bloco. Então! Fizeram nova avaliação! O serviço mudou dê: canal é bloco, para um implante é o preço dobrou. Houve alguns transtornos e chateações, mas depois de algum tempo, foi resolvido a situação. O atendimento é razoável pois, alguns pessoas que prestam serviço lá, não tem empatia.
