Agora toda vez que ligo pra falar com a Thaís a pessoa que me atende não sabe se quer passar informações aí peço novamente pra falar com a Thaís mas me deixam esperando pra mais de 5 minutos na linha e quando retornam pra falar simplesmente desliga o telefone...
A Thaís está de parabéns pelo atendimento mas as funcionárias nova deixam a desejar o atendimento pelo telefone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os Doutores super atencioso, não tenho q reclamar de nenhum. A Vanessa sempre disposta a ajudar. Mas na recepção precisa ter mais organização por parte das recepcionistas.
The Doctors are super attentive, I don't have to complain about any. Vanessa is always willing to help. But at the reception there needs to be more organization on the part of the receptionists.
